These Terms are an agreement between you and Pyaar Milan Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("PyaarMilan", "we", "us"). By applying to or using PyaarMilan you agree to them. Please actually read them; they are short on purpose.
You must be 18 or older, live in the United States, be single, and give honest information. We verify age from your date of birth and refuse applications that fail it.
PyaarMilan is human-curated matchmaking delivered by text message. When your batch is running, we send up to 3 introductions on Mondays. You reply YES or NO to each; you have 72 hours to respond. When both people say yes, contact details are released on Thursday at 18:00 Eastern, after a reminder that lets either person withdraw. Some weeks we send fewer than 3 rather than force a fit, and a week can pass with none; we would rather be honest than busy.
We do not run criminal background checks or identity-document checks on members. We do not vouch for any member. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or outcomes. "Verified" on our site means exactly this: Verified means that before we introduce you to anyone, we confirm your phone number and email, and a person on our team reviews your application and photos. We do not run identity or background checks.
Everyone who joins now is a founding member, and membership is free. We are not charging anyone, we are not collecting payment details, and there is no paid plan on offer today.
Before any of that changes we will publish the price and the renewal terms on /pricing, and tell you at least 30 days ahead by email and by text. We will not start billing without your explicit confirmation; silence never converts you to a paid plan. You can leave at any time from /account, by texting CANCEL or DELETE, or by emailing team@pyaarmilan.com, and leaving is as easy as joining.
Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. Pause any time by texting PAUSE; you are not charged while paused, and RESUME picks your membership back up. Refunds beyond the guarantee: if we materially failed to provide the service in a period you paid for, tell us and we will refund that period.
Some states give members of dating and social-referral services specific contract rights. Rather than maintain different rules by state, we extend the strongest of them to every member:
New Jersey members: New Jersey law requires us to state clearly that we do not conduct criminal background screening, and to give you safety awareness information; both statements appear above and in the Safety Center.
The service runs on text messages, so transactional texts (introductions, verification codes, account replies) are part of membership. Marketing texts happen only if you separately opted in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop all texts (which pauses the service, since we cannot introduce you without texting you), and HELP for help. We honor STOP immediately and confirm once.
The Community Guidelines at /community-guidelines are part of these Terms. The short version: be honest, be kind, no harassment, no fraud, no impersonation, no using PyaarMilan to harm anyone. We can warn, pause, or remove members who break them, and we explain which rule was broken. You can appeal a removal by emailing team@pyaarmilan.com within 14 days.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us a limited license to store, process, and show your application content to our team and to the matches we introduce you to, which is the entire point of the service. The license ends when your content is deleted, except where the Privacy Policy documents a retained exception.
The Privacy Policy at /privacy is part of these Terms and explains every category we collect, who sees it, and how deletion works.
The service is provided as-is. We curate with care, but people are people: we are not responsible for what members do, on or off the service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here takes away consumer protections of the state where you live.
You can delete your account at any time (text DELETE, or use /account). We can end or suspend a membership for breaking these Terms, with the appeal path in section 8. Sections that by their nature survive (your privacy rights, liability limits, dispute terms) survive.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, except that the consumer-protection law of your home state still applies to you. If something goes wrong, email team@pyaarmilan.com first; most problems are fixable in a week. If we cannot fix it, either of us may go to small claims court or any court with jurisdiction. There is no arbitration clause in these Terms.
Material changes get 30 days' notice by email, and by text if you receive texts from us. If you keep using the service after the notice period, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel and we will honor the old Terms until you do.
