We want PyaarMilan usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or reduced motion.
What we target
WCAG 2.1 level AA on the public site and application.
What is in place
Labels on every form control and error messages announced to assistive technology.
A skip link and a proper heading structure on the application.
Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your system asks for reduced motion.
Keyboard-visible focus styles.
Alternative text on meaningful images.
Known gaps we are working on
Some decorative animations predate our reduced-motion support and are being audited.
Color contrast on a few decorative elements is below AA and scheduled for fixes.
Something in your way?
The service also works entirely by text message: every application step and every account action (pause, delete, export, help) can be done by texting our number, which many members find more accessible than any web page.
Tell us what is broken: team@pyaarmilan.com. Accessibility reports go to the top of the queue.
