If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Nothing on this page comes before that.
What "verified" means here, exactly
Verified means that before we introduce you to anyone, we confirm your phone number and email, and a person on our team reviews your application and photos. We do not run identity or background checks. That means verification tells you a member controls their phone and email and looked credible to a careful human; it does not prove their name, their history, or their intentions. Treat every introduction with the same care you would a stranger, because that is what they are.
We say this plainly because services that imply more safety than they deliver get people hurt.
Before you meet anyone
Video call first. A five-minute call filters out most bad actors and most bad matches.
Meet in a public place, tell someone where you are going, and control your own transportation there and back.
Keep conversations on your own terms. Anyone pressuring you to move fast, meet privately, or keep secrets is showing you who they are.
Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to anyone you meet here. Not for an emergency, not for a ticket to visit you, not ever.
Never share identity documents, financial details, one-time codes, or intimate images.
Romance scams and deepfakes
The pattern is nearly always the same: fast intimacy, a reason they cannot video call or meet, then a crisis that needs money. Photos and even live video can be generated; a "verified" face elsewhere proves little. Red flags:
They fall for you at high speed but always have a reason not to meet.
Their life story features a distant job (military, oil rig, overseas contract) that explains everything away.
Any mention of an investment opportunity, cryptocurrency, or "helping them move money".
They ask you to move the conversation off PyaarMilan quickly and then ask for anything of value.
New York's Department of State publishes a plain-language warning about romance scams worth two minutes of your time: dos.ny.gov romance scam guidance. If anyone you met through us asks for money, reply REPORT to any of our texts or use the form at /report. You will not be embarrassed; you will be helping the next person.
How to report and block
By text: reply REPORT to any message from us. Reply BLOCK to make sure a specific person is never introduced to you again and any pending contact release is cancelled.
On the web:/report. We verify it is you with a code, then a person reads every word.
Report and block work before and after contact details are shared, and they are free forever.
What happens after a report
We acknowledge within 24 hours.
A person investigates; you get an initial decision within 7 days.
Reports of immediate danger, underage use, or blackmail go to the founder immediately.
Outcomes range from a warning to a pause to permanent removal, and we tell you what happened where we lawfully can.
If a decision affects you, you can appeal by email within 14 days; a person not involved in the first decision reviews it.
Evidence you send with a report is kept as you sent it, access-restricted, for 365 days.
