Cancellation and refunds

Effective 2026-09-01. This page restates, in one place, the cancellation and refund rights from the Terms of Service.

Right now, while founding membership is free

Billing has not started for anyone yet, so there is no subscription to cancel. Leaving works two ways today, both instant and free:

1. Pause: text PAUSE, or use /account. No introductions until you resume.
2. Delete: text DELETE, or use /account. Your data is removed on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

How to cancel, once billing exists

Three ways, all equally valid, all as easy as joining:

1. Online: /account (we send a sign-in code to your phone or email).
2. Text: reply CANCEL to any of our messages.
3. Email: team@pyaarmilan.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; you keep access until then. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

The three-business-day cooling-off right

You may cancel a paid membership, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days of the date you subscribe, for a full refund. Send your cancellation to team@pyaarmilan.com or text CANCEL.

Pausing instead

Text PAUSE and your membership sleeps: no introductions, no charges. Text RESUME when ready.

Refunds

• First-Month Guarantee: a first paid month with zero introductions refunds automatically.
• Service failure: if we materially failed to provide the service in a period you paid for, tell us and we refund that period.
• Cooling-off: full refund, as above.

Refunds return to the payment method you used, within 10 business days of approval.
